Good Enough to Eat

Reading time 1 minute

No trip to New York is complete without a browse around one of the world’s most appetising shops, Dean & DeLuca on Broadway.  Here one can find the finest foods from all around the world in dazzling variety.  I dare you not to salivate within seconds of crossing the threshold. This week, mingling with the scent of fresh bread, ripe fruit and brewing coffee came the distinctive fragrance of hyacinths and sweet williams from the flower stall.  I’m not quite ready for spring yet, so diverted my attention toward a group of late autumn hydrangeas, Leucadendron and festive berries, pictured here for all to savour.
